Trying to settle down two SPD kids with polar opposite issues is like trying to herd cats. And yet, every bedtime, it must be done. How do I keep these kids from bouncing off each other, revving each other up? While I’m far from successful, I’ve learned that making sure they get their sensory needs met during the day certainly helps.
